I have experienced a number of things in my life, some great, some not so, yet somehow I know I am still standing in order to be able to share my story........ 

Technology today allows so many of us to communicate to the world in a way never before achievable. Yet with so much information available who do we trust, who do we believe, who do we 'follow?'

Through my exploration we have to find those who resonate with us, who speak 'our kind of language'. Western, Eastern, philisophical, spiritual, forceful, soft, so many options available, a beauty, if we 'choose' to see it this way, of the world in which we live today.

My way is 'experiential'. I can quote from many sources who I have studied but unless it is my own experience, my own knowing, it remains just a hypothesis, a potential option until it becomes part of my own story.

It is only through going through an Awakening that I can authentically tell the story of its massive beauties, and its equally massive challenges, and then be able to provide practical steps of how to navigate through and reach the other side.

so many people across the world are reawakening to their True Essence, their Inner Truth, the person they were originally supposed to be before 'life' got in the way. I hope to be an assistance to anyone where my words and experiences resonate with their inner language and needs in this space in time.
